A literary psychological thriller set on a sailboat in The Bahamas and the North Atlantic islands, Identity Crisis will take you on a journey into dark nights at sea and the dark recesses of the mind.
Jake is sailing alone in The Bahamas and hopes to find a companion when he picks up Sonia, a sailing hitchhiker, who wants to gain sailing experience so she can someday be captain of her own boat. All is well until Jake is lost overboard. Sonia is left on the boat alone at sea, burdened with the tasks of surviving a storm, trying to find Jake, and finally sailing the boat to safety. Guilt torments her already troubled mind, and when his phone starts dinging with texts from his family asking if he is alright, Sonia finds herself unable to fess up. She responds as if she were Jake, with "All's well," and thus exacerbates the situation. What follows is a tale of survival, madness, love, and remorse that explores into the dark sides of human nature.

A story like no other. And, one hard for the mother of a sailor. Christopher, you are right. Do NOT send Identity Crisis to your mom. For everyone else, this is an experience you won’t soon forget. Try not to fall in love with Jake.
Congratulations Paul! So looking forward to your voice reading this! Your mum’s note is a hoot!
